“Aly is extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and professional. she helped me address lower back pain on one side through massage that’s likely related to training jiu jitsu. she’s also trains jiu jitsu herself so she has a comprehensive understanding of how it can effect our bodies. i’d recommend anyone to Aly, she is so well rounded and can help with so much related to massage, strength training, and self defense!!“

Karen explains all exercises and the muscles that benefit. We discuss nutrition, eating and additional exercise plans. She is aware and very knowledgeable about the training and how to avoid injury. Karen puts a lot of thought on how to increase my workload without pushing me too hard. Highly recommend.“
