My pups are usually very scared of the vet, but Dr. Cujdik, Joey, and Sara were so gentle, patient, and loving with them. They took their time to make my dogs feel safe and comfortable, and by the end of the visit, my babies were completely relaxed. That alone meant everything to me. “We had an incredibly positive experience at Thrive Animal Hospital during a very stressful and emotional time for our family. Our beloved cat, Buster, was in significant pain, and getting him into his crate was heartbreaking and difficult.

Nurse Cara was a tremendous support both over the phone and in person. When we were struggling to get Buster safely into his crate because of his unrelenting pain, she was calm, reassuring, and compassionate. During the visit, her kindness toward Buster and toward us meant more than we can say.

Dr. Daniel was exceptionally thorough in his work up and communication. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and approached Buster’s care with real empathy and thoughtfulness. We felt heard, supported, and confident in the plan he created for us.

Even the front desk staff went above and beyond. One team member kindly lent me her phone charger when my battery was dying, which was such a small but meaningful act during a hard day.

We left with a clear plan and medications to help keep Buster comfortable, and most importantly, we left feeling cared for. We are so grateful to this team for their skill, compassion, and humanity.“
