“September 2025. David and Stephen performed exemplary word in removing my old toilet and installing the new one.

Since my house is over 100 years old, the floors are uneven. David installed and thankfully leveled the new toilet. I have complete confidence in the plumbers that Putman sends. All skilled and professional.

May 2025 Jay and Stephen did a brilliant job of replacing the kitchen sink drain and tending to the water treatment system. Putman has professional and reliable staff. Always on time (and if not, they call to explain the delay).

November, 2024. Charlie came out and replace corroded kitch sink valves, and left an enzme to keep the drain from backing up. We love Putman Plumbing because the are professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and honest.

This trip was for routine water treatment system maintenance. Done to perfection. Putman is the best I've ever used for plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

“Good points: The plumber and his son, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They couldn’t complete the job on day 1, returned day 2 promptly to finish up.
Bad points: this wasn’t a planned event, well pump went bad and other associated problem. The total bill was over 800$ not including the pump itself. After calling the office to work out some arrangements. They would be willing to do 2 payments. I’m aware they are not a charity, unfortunately, I’m a disabled vet, live off of a VA check, I would think that dividing the bill up to 4 payments or more would have been great. I know its a small thing, however, would have made it much more palatable.“
