Tri-County did a great job replacing our neutralizer. They saw an issue with our old neutralizer as soon as they saw it. Had 2 other companies come out to take a look and they couldn't figure out why our neutralizer wasn't working. Tri county offered 2 options, one fixing it and one replacing it. We decided to replace it due to the age but getting these 2 options offered was nice. Other 2 only offered replacement option. Tri-County definitely has knowledgeable techs and they are very reasonable in their pricing. Being honest in this industry definitely wins.
Guys were polite and very nice, they did a really good job. They even gave me advice on couple things to do to help keep drain line clean and what salt to be using in softener.
Staff that came was very respectful and seemed knowledgeable with what they were doing.
