“I've been with customer a Roto-Rooter for a few years now. Considering that we now have an environment where plumbers want $100 or more just to arrive and give you a price and then the price turns out to be ridiculous which is one way to be mad, Roto-rooter charges an hourly rate and all I ask of anybody that provides an hourly rate is that they just give me an honest day's work. This is exactly what Robert does, and I was very pleased with his work on 2 occasions. One was to replace a 24 year old sewage pump in the basement of my house and the other one was to relocate a outside water hose bib which required cutting through brick wall, floor and cutting out two pieces of drywall. He did this all very conservatively so the cutting of the drywall was minimal. I never expected him to repair the drywall. I know that's not in his scope of work.
I only wish Roto-Rooter did HVAC as well.“
