We had an excellent experience with O’Chris Smith Plumbing! Chris was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally he took the time to give me some very helpful information about our water heater and other plumbing structures in our home. I can’t recommend Chris highly enough and he will definitely be our go-to plumber going forward!

I cannot speak for Mr Smith’s work but I can definitely vouch for his ethics. I called and spoke to his wife who was very helpful. She took down the details of my septic issue and where I thought the problem was. She said she knew her husband was home she would talk to him and have him call me. Mrs Smith called me back shortly and told me she informed Chris and he said to call Roto Rooter because his gear couldn’t reach my issue and I would wind up paying twice. I thanked them and indeed the issue was as far as we suspected. Mr Smith did save me some cash. If I have another issue I will be sure to call him first. Thank you both!

Our hot water heater blew out and flooded our basement. Christ Smith was great. He came out the next day with a new hot water heater. Prompt, helpful, informative and reasonably priced. Definitely earned a customer for life.Services: Water heater installation
