“Recently had LKC install a new roof on my townhouse in the Summit Chase neighborhood of Piney Orchard. Also had them completely rebuild the deck as many of the joists were rotting and two actually collapsed! They did an outstanding job on both projects, all work was performed exactly per the contract. They used the best GAF HD energy star shingles and sent pictures of the roofing work which was a nice plus. They also replaced all gutters and downspouts since the old ones on many houses were pulling away from the roof as they were not installed properly. I had to pay someone to bang in the gutter spikes every few years. New gutters look awesome! LKC's attention to detail is top notch. Craig kept in constant communication on status of projects. Crew also did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend LKC for your roof or deck project.“

“I don't think there is another contractor that comes close to the quality and reliability of Unique Resources in Baltimore. It was a pleasure working with Robert and all his staff. They were courteous, listened to my requests, and gave well reasoned responses that were rooted in experience.You'll likely pay more for the work done by these guys but the owner, Robert, has decades of experience in Baltimore; there are very few restoration experiences left that would surprise him. He's not the kind of contractor that is going to get halfway through they work and suddenly needs a bunch more money because he found something unexpected.They don't cut corners and leave you with a product you'll need to get fixed again in five years, Robert is all about doing work quality work that will last.We had them fix up our bathrooms before the home was sold, along with painting and floor refinishing (which all looks amazing, the house sold in less than two weeks). We had already moved to another state while the work was happening and towards the end I had written Robert his final check for the contract. On the frameless shower door, Robert noticed they had used hinges with the wrong finish. Even though he had been fully paid he replaced the hinges (which I probably would not have even noticed) and didn't cash the final check until everything was correct. How many contractors would have done something like that?Now if I could find a contractor with half as much integrity in Utah I would be set.“

“I had K&A do work on my exterior- paint shutters, rehang one that had fallen off, fix downspouts, remove an old satellite dish on 7-20-23. Throughout the process they were very responsive, friendly and quoted a reasonable price, they were slightly higher than the other 2 companies I contacted. I decided to go with them because of their responsiveness. It turned they found an issue I was not aware of as well. A piece of our siding had popped out and it was causing a small leak into my garage. They fixed it and didn't even charge me for it. They showed up on time, completed the work quicker than I had anticipated and charged me what they quoted. I will be contacting them to do more work for my company building.“
