Committing to my first major renovation project as a new homeowner I was understandably nervous, however, Evail and his team at EAD Contractors were quick to alleviate those fears. He really listened to me during the design phase to ensure that we were going to build what I wanted. He even helped me find an engineer for the necessary drawings. They were able to get the necessary permits from DCRA and answer all their questions. There was an issue with the project due to the weather, and Evail came out on Christmas day to address it!
