“Julio and his team of contractor professionals at Jesryn General Construction have proven to be a great company to work with! The first time I hired them was for a major interior renovation of my personal residence in 2017, where they opened up the entire 1st floor, installed a new kitchen, reconfigured the entry way, finished the basement, added 2 new bathrooms and renovated a 3rd. That project took about 6 months. In 2022, we started a second job to completely renovate all 3 floors of a rental property, and it was a massive amount of work that included all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing (including under concrete slab drainage), structural changes, refinish the hardwood floors, a new kitchen and bathrooms, and tons of finishing work. They were able to provide a beautiful finished product in just 6 months. From the first job to the most recent, Jesryn has maintained a very good standard of quality. Julio was at the property every day, paid attention to all aspects of construction, addressed anything that came up, and worked hard to stay within the budget. “I had an ongoing sewage backup in my outside basement stairwell since last December 2021. I had gotten three estimates; Mr Nelson's was very reasonable. My plumbing problem was that the sewage pipe is galvanized and had deteriorated. It was the original pipe of my 1949 row home, and the main problem with the pipe extended into the recreation room of the basement. They were going to have to dig. My anxiety went through the roof; however, Mr Nelson diffused my fears and worked with me. He and his team explained the entire procedure, broke it down where I clearly understood, and also provided me a status with pictures. This company is very meticulous about their work, and they clean up and haul away excess debris and mud. I am very happy, and the sewage pipe and drain now work perfectly. Nelson will definitely be my plumbing first choice, and I highly recommend them.“

“Committing to my first major renovation project as a new homeowner I was understandably nervous, however, Evail and his team at EAD Contractors were quick to alleviate those fears. He really listened to me during the design phase to ensure that we were going to build what I wanted. He even helped me find an engineer for the necessary drawings. They were able to get the necessary permits from DCRA and answer all their questions. There was an issue with the project due to the weather, and Evail came out on Christmas day to address it! I was extremely satisfied the basement stairs and entry that they built. When it was time to pay the bill, everything was straight forward and as promised in the beginning. “We have used Joseph Klockner and Co. for four different projects in the past 8 years. A complete remodel of the kitchen and extending the back of the house with attendant demolition , new foundations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC upgrades, painting, etc. The workmanship was excellent. They were easy to work with. Later projects included a tricky roof repair, building a front porch and painting the exterior of the house, and last a combination of carpentry and painting. “I've used E&S plumbing multiple times for several issues and they have been great each time. The main plumber and I believe business owner is Eddie and he usually has a helper with him. Eddie is very personable and easy to talk to. He is a straight shooter and tells it like it is...giving you an honest assessment of the problem without over charging or telling you to fix things that don't need to be fixed. The jobs I have used him for are: Once to install a dual valve under the sink to connect up a dishwasher, once to snake a drain and install a garbage disposal, and another time to fix a low water pressure shower head. For the shower head issue I thought it was going to be a larger issue but the shower head itself just ended up being clogged. Eddie charged me a nominal fee to fix the shower head since the it was an easy fix. I would recommend Eddie and E&S plumbing for their work quality and fair pricing. For those people complaining about no responses it is a small operation so the response may not be as quick as a giant plumbing operation. I have never found it to be an issue and I feel I have received higher quality service with E&S than I would with a giant plumbing company.“
