“Affordable new roof and excellent quality materials and service! I'm more than happy with HF Roofing. My roof was over 20 years old and it was time for a new roof. Herbert (the owner) came out to see if there was any water damage in my attic and climbed on top of the roof for an inspection as well. I had a few plywood with water damaged that were replaced along with a brand new roof, new gutters and gutter guards all at an affordable price in my opinion. They did an excellent job! Herbert even came back out the following day to do a final inspection after the work was complete by his workers. “Julio and his team of contractor professionals at Jesryn General Construction have proven to be a great company to work with! The first time I hired them was for a major interior renovation of my personal residence in 2017, where they opened up the entire 1st floor, installed a new kitchen, reconfigured the entry way, finished the basement, added 2 new bathrooms and renovated a 3rd. That project took about 6 months. In 2022, we started a second job to completely renovate all 3 floors of a rental property, and it was a massive amount of work that included all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing (including under concrete slab drainage), structural changes, refinish the hardwood floors, a new kitchen and bathrooms, and tons of finishing work. They were able to provide a beautiful finished product in just 6 months. From the first job to the most recent, Jesryn has maintained a very good standard of quality. Julio was at the property every day, paid attention to all aspects of construction, addressed anything that came up, and worked hard to stay within the budget. I highly recommend them for any construction job, big or small.“

“We had a truly amazing experience with Chase Remodeling, Bob and Derek Chase. Our house was built in 1998 and the master bath and kitchen needed updating. Bob Chase came to my house multiple times to discuss, design, and finalize the plans for both projects. He was very kind and patient with me.The master bath was basically gutted (we removed a large jacuzzi tub and a small shower) and replaced the flooring, the cabinets, mirrors, toilet, and lighting, and designed a large, doorless, walk-in shower. This project took approximately 2 weeks for them to complete once the work was started.The kitchen was completely gutted. We changed all the flooring throughout our entire main level, updated the staircase, removed the wall between our old kitchen and formal dining room, and completely redesigned the flow of the kitchen/dining area. Installed all new cabinets and countertops, lighting, etc. We ordered all high end, custom cabinets, so it did take about 7 months between signing the contracts to the work beginning. Once the work started on the kitchen, flooring, stairs, etc. it took around 3 1/2 months and they worked nearly every day.The prices we agreed upon for both projects never changed. He never asked me for additional money for anything, which is something I was worried about having heard friends complain about that when they completed home projects. The only additional expense we had was because we decided while we had them there to go ahead and paint all the walls throughout the main level and the upstairs foyer (since the kitchen was so nice and new!) the same color we'd selected for the kitchen. Bob and Derek were both awesome to work with. Always polite, always helpful, had great ideas, and were communicative. That's another complaint I hear from friends is that their contractor would come one day and work and then they wouldn't see them for two weeks with no word about what was going on. We knew throughout both projects exactly what was going on and when. Additionally, all of the workers were very nice, super respectful of our home, and the work was impeccable. Very high quality and excellent attention to detail. I'm happy to speak with anyone who has questions about Chase Remodeling and the experience we had with them. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them for any home improvement projects you may be considering.“

“SNAP installed a new roof on my home this past October. I interviewed several other local roofers and found SNAP to be the best fit for me. The owner, Stephen, was the only roofer I spoke with who spoke to me as a person, answering any questions and concerns I had before, during and after the process (involving more than aesthetics of course). I'm upset I have to say this in this day and age, but as a female he also didn't talk to me as though I'd only care about aesthetics or assume/inquire about a husband before/during discussions. People are people- gender aside and I wanted to understand the process and quality of the shingles I was paying for as much anyone with a wallet. Thank you Stephen! “Iron Kingdom was fast, helpful, and incredibly professional in installing window bars on my apartment in DC. To begin with, they were very responsive. We put in an inquiry on Wednesday night, by Thursday afternoon they had scheduled measurements for Monday. Although they were coming from Maryland, they arrived on time to take the measurements. They called me Tuesday to schedule installation and came on time (at the BEGINNING of a one hour window, which is amazing) and installed the windows. The installation technicians were incredibly kind, respectful, and thorough.
