Most importantly her practice provides urgent care and opens 7days a week which I find convenient for myself and patients I refer to her. “Originally went to Providence for what I thought was still there (urgent care) to find out it closed in August! However a nice security guard informed me there was a clinic on the 3rd floor! I came at 9am on a Wednesday and was out by 9:35am with all the prescriptions I needed. The office was very clean as well and not busy. The front desk staff and doctor were both very welcoming and nice. The front desk answered all my questions about their services they provided and the doctor explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back when and if needed. Thank you again for providing quick and efficient care.“

“Scheduling doctors appointments during the time of COVID can be difficult so I'm glad I found somewhere I can visit in between visits with my PCP. I've visited here twice this winter, once for myself and once for my daughter. The front office staff is friendly and efficient in getting you scheduled quickly and sending paperwork electronically. During my visits, it wasn't crowded so I was seen fairly quickly. Both visits, the same tests were administered and results for the more in depth tests are sent to the lab and provided within 24 hours. Overall, I only have positives to say. The place is clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, there's plenty of parking, and they play great music. Earth, Wind, and Fire was playing during my latest visit. I will return if I have any urgent needs in between regular appointments.“

“I have been a this Kaiser location a few times for various annual appointments over the past month, and I can see that overall I am very please with the care I have received. For general/primary care and high traffic services (like bloodwork or scans) there is a bit of a wait, but the staff are very nice, informative, and have great bedside manner. For specialists, there is typically no wait, and I love how all services are in house.“

“My experience with urgent care at the Capitol Hill Medical Center, coming in with a pressing eye issue on a holiday weekend, was excellent. The doctor (Dr. Yonathan Habtemariam) and staff (Danielle and others) put me at total ease and demonstrated care and expertise in solving my problem. An amazing team! I went in around 6:30AM Saturday morning and emerged a little over two hours later. This seems like an exceptionally busy place so set your expectations accordingly. You could also call KP's nurse hotline for recommendations and to check on wait times at dift area urgent care centers. Given the intense client load here, my sense is that KP could invest more resources in this particular center. But again, kudos and my gratitude to the top-notch, dedicated healthcare team working in urgent care here.“
