Scheduling doctors appointments during the time of COVID can be difficult so I'm glad I found somewhere I can visit in between visits with my PCP. I've visited here twice this winter, once for myself and once for my daughter. The front office staff is friendly and efficient in getting you scheduled quickly and sending paperwork electronically. During my visits, it wasn't crowded so I was seen fairly quickly. Both visits, the same tests were administered and results for the more in depth tests are sent to the lab and provided within 24 hours. Overall, I only have positives to say. I was excited to try out my first hydration IV at Golden Days - especially since I was able to get one at a discount through Groupon. The booking options are limited in terms of days of the week (not sure if that is a Groupon limitation or overall staff availability) but otherwise easy to book online. I had no wait when I got there and went straight to the private IV hydration room. I chose the Myer's cocktail. The IV insertion process was not the most comfortable as the technician had to wiggle the needle around to make sure it was in my vein but after that I was ok.
