Wonderful experience! Staff was very helpful. Was able to get through the check in process smoothly, but must importantly the staff listened and made my needs a priority. Great patient care.
Overall, it was a decent visit. I had to wait for maybe an hour and a 1/2 before the physician came into the room, and then she spent very little time with me (less than 10 minutes, but she did her job well). The computer system/software Patient First uses is seriously antiquated and needs major upgrades. The prescription given was spot on. The staff were courteous and friendly.
The location is very convenient and staff was welcoming and polite to my needs. My physician was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and maintained professionalism. The receptionist and technician made my visit pleasant and with ease. I will visit again for my health care needs.
