As a first-time patient at Patient First, I was very pleased with the service I received. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and welcoming—from the front desk clerk and CNA to the phlebotomist and Dr. Mary Frost Graham. I truly appreciated the excellent care and positive experience.
I was in and out in under an hour. Yes I would recommend them to everyone. Great service and I didn’t wait long. Everyone was professional from the check-in lady to the triage lady to the Dr/ nurse practitioner that took care of me during my visit.
This is a new location and I must say they were very professional. They were well organized and quick with responding to my needs. I love the convenience because this urgent care location is close to my residence.
