“I had my first appointment with Dr. Sarah Moon for acupuncture. I was excited to try a session with her based on her biography on the website. I contacted Resilient Health to verify my appointment was with her and they said yes. On my arrival of the appointment I was instead greeted by another acupuncturist who informed me that the other lady cancelled. It would have been nice to know beforehand but I understand things happen. However, when I tried to book with her for follow up appointments none were available for the times I'm available after work. I have a couple of appointments for another acupuncturist and I'm hopeful they will be there. My initial appointment was fine and the lady was very nice but I think my disappointment overshadowed the session. I'm hopeful it was a fluke and I will report later after my next session.“

The day of my event, she arrived early, was courteous, and professional. She gave 8 gals, of various ages, massages tailored to their needs. Everyone loved her.

Emma really exceeded my expectations when one of the children came crying to their mom while she was trying to relax in the chair. Emma quickly pulled out a little toy dinosaur named "Chicken" and calmed the child down so that Mom could enjoy the rest of her massage.

“Indigo Physiotherapy has been *incredible* for my physical health during two dramatically different pregnancies. I found Indigo PT because I was explicitly looking for a practice that had a strong component of exercise/running knowledge AND a focus on pelvic floor health and women pre and postpartum.

Since finding Indigo, I've worked with Dr. Jana who is absolutely STELLAR. Her bedside manner is professional, kind, and non-judgmental. Her ability to take into account my past (even across 2 pregnancies) but adapt to new and shifting changes and issues I have is refreshing. I ran every day of my first pregnancy and felt supported and encouraged–which is not people's typical reaction to running through pregnancy. I also got back to running 8-weeks post-C section and suffered no major complications, because I was actively practicing PT and ensuring that my progress was not faster than my healing with support from Dr. Jana. In my second pregnancy I stopped running but then suffered major SI joint and other joint/ligament challenges which *only* found sustainable relief through PT with Dr Jana and supportive massage from Medina.

It's a shame that insurance policies don't cover pelvic floor health and support for pregnancy and postpartum, but many cover parts of it. If there's one place you invest your money in your health outside of your insurance plan, let it be Indigo PT.“
