So relaxing.But the most important thing is that Phyllis suggested I visit a dermatologist because I had a rough spot on my forehead. She expressed what she thought it might be but said I should have it looked at.Thank you Phyllis for giving me the nudge. I went yesterday and a biopsy was done.Fair hair woman who grew up in the 70s before SPF and sun education was a thing.“
