My experience with Shala was excellent. She is knowlegable and has the experience and skills to provide great care. She did manual lymphatic massage as well as some trigger point therapy. I will be returning to her in the future.
My Miracle Worker! The best massage ever! Felt like a new woman after. Lymphatic drain! I struggle with spotty cellulite and this wonderful lady helped them look 99% better! Two summers ago I kept up with my massages with Shala and they looked great! Last summer was so busy for massages for myself and they didn’t. Lesson learned. Just an all around lovely person who is the Queen of lymphatic massages!
I went to Shala yesterday for a migraine and got a lymphatic buccal massage. It was amazing, so relaxing, and provided me so much relief. I get chronic migraines and nothing is usually able to break them, but this massage brought my pain from an 8 to a 2. I have also gotten the full body lymphatic drainage massage and felt like a new woman after. Shala is incredible and I will definitely be back! Highly highly recommend!
