Although it was painful Shala did some fascia and deep tissue work on my muscles that were extremely tight, I feel so much more mobile and flexible after! She is wonderful and very knowledgeable about overall health, I highly recommend her!

I went Shayla for thr 1st time after being disappointed by other service providers. Shayla was on point she focused on all areas discussed and she is very knowledgeable. I will be repeat customer and have already referred a few people.

My doctor recommended I see Shala for a lymphatic massage after surgery. Before I went, I was a little swollen here and there and I know it sounds silly, but I was afraid to touch my incision.After seeing Shala the very first time, my swelling began to go away. She gave me the confidence to not only touch my scar, but to take care of it. Just short of one year later, my scar is very faint.I still go for lymphatic massages and will continue to do so. I highly recommend her!!
