The cryo treatments are a game changer! Euphoric as well as great recovery after tough workouts, Increased flexibility, and can hit tough workouts more often since it reduces muscle soreness to zero! Staff is great-friendly and informative. Definitely recommend.

I have been going to this cryotherapy place for several months now, and it has been an amazing experience. The owner is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and he has created a warm and welcoming environment that makes you feel right at home.The cryotherapy treatments have been a game-changer for me. I went in November to enjoy an infrared and compress therapy, and was seriously impressed by the quality and hygiene of the brand new machines and facility. The towels were white and thick and looked like they were just bought. It was a very private and cosy evening, definitely worth the fare. Michael the owner went above and beyond to help me feel relaxed and safe, and brief me over each machine. I cannot recommend enough this place and felt my blood circulation was a lot better after this session.
