Dave and his support team at Sta So Cool have provided amazing service to my family and I over the years. My parents were impressed with their installation of a new system. Then, Sta So Cool helped me out at my parents’ home when they were out of town and the HVAC had a lightning shock. They identified the problem and were able to implement a temporary fix until the part for the permanent fix arrived and could be installed. So when I had a home of my own, I knew, without a doubt, I would use Sta So Cool to maintain and fix my HVAC as needed!!
Over the summer, my A/C was not working properly. Dave was committed to finding the problem, was willing to answer all my questions, and helped me navigate possible warranty coverage. An aluminum coil was leaking refrigerant. These coils are most often replaced when this happens, but Dave wanted to try to implement a fix first that would be a cost savings. He did, and it worked!! He then asked me to follow-up in the fall to make sure the fix was holding. I did, and he reviewed my system’s data and saw the fix was holding strong! He continued to monitor the system, and without me even requesting, when the temperatures dropped below freezing in December, he checked on my system’s performance to ensure it was functioning properly and sent me a message to let me know it all looked well.

Great work by Roli and his team! So happy to have under our deck tamed and our flowerbeds taken care of. Even we’re able to add on getting an old fence removed after our neighbors installed one 6 inches away causing an issue with weeds being trapped.
We have boarded our dog LC here numerous times over the course of 4 years, with original owners & current owners. We have found the staff to be very professional, very accommodating, responsive and responsible. We love the daily postings of extra playtime that we always sign up for. The facility & very nice & appears secure with extra layers of gates. They are very positive.
If I could give more stars I would! I am a new patient and have a some pretty intense sensitivity in my mouth. My hygienist went out of her way to make it as comfortable as possible. It was easily one of the best cleanings I've had in years. The Doctor was fantastic, personable and able to answer the questions I had.
I also have a fairly demanding job and sometimes dread the new patient process of finding a new doctor and then talking about concerns etc. but this process was seamless. The ability to fill out all documents online saved me so much time. I was in and out quickly and I appreciated that so much.
I will be recommending this dentist to everyone!

MD Custom Construction replaced two sets of old, worn-out wooden exterior stairs with beautiful new ones made from TimberTech and Azek. The results are fantastic. Mike Bassford patiently helped me choose the exact materials and design while pricing the project. Project manager Eric Burdette did an excellent job coordinating material delivery, the work schedule, and cleanup. Skilled craftsmen Francisco and Alex built the new stairs with great care and expertise. Since the stairs are at the side of the house, which serves as our main entrance, it feels like we have a brand-new home. I highly recommend MD Custom Construction for their high-quality work at a fair price.
During the snow storm in February we had a tree fall on our garage. We had worked with Jeff's Tree Service before and had always been pleased with the jobs they had done. We called Jeff who came out to assessed the damage and had his team come right out to remove it. Everything was done professionally and with care for our property. They removed the tree from the roof, mulched it and cleared the area from all the debris. We couldn't have been happier under the circumstances, they even had pictures for our insurance company. We were so pleased we had them come out the next day to remove 3 more trees. They have always treated us with respect and courtesy and have the best prices we have found. We would definitely recommend Jeff's Tree Service!

When our 1970's pier was failing, we reached to our neighbors who highly recommended Gibbons Marine Construction. Our neighbors were spot on, Gibbons was a great choice. They even made the permitting process painless which I did not think was possible. Josh and his crew were professional and did a fantastic job taking out the old pier and constructing the new pier. Erin is a fantastic communicator so we knew the status of our permit as well as where we were on the construction schedule. We could not be more satisfied and highly recommend Gibbons Marine Construction.

This is THE barber shop to go to if you want a clean cut to your exact specifications. They have personalized service i.e. they remember your name and your cut. Very flexible hours. Reservations only and cash only but that's a small price to pay for some of the best service you can get. I'd tell you who I book with but then she'd be too busy. Go check it out for yourself and you'll find a place to return to the rest of the time you're in the area!
A couple of weeks ago I had the amazingly fortunate opportunity to meet the employees here in the most random and ridiculous way.
While traveling back home to VA with my 90 year old Aunt, natured called for her at the worst time. With no other shops in sight, I made the decision to pull over to these shops. The Papa John’s next door wouldn’t/couldn’t allow for my Aunt to use their facilities. So, in my most desperate attempt, I went next door and was met with the kindest most understanding staff. I explained the situation and they helped without a second thought. What they didn’t know was this happened several times on our way back home and we were exhausted and desperate. If they have the compassion for us travelers, I can only imagine the love they have for your furry babies.
We owe them for the clean car seat they allowed us to have. We thanked them profusely and still felt that wasn’t enough for what they did for us. Thank you to this amazing crew!! I hope you never have to some across this same episode again.?

Made a phone call to put up beautiful fan (20 ft. ceiling) that took 4 months to get here and within 36 hours job was done. Service provided was OUTSTANDING. Helped move furniture, though I didn't ask and removed the old fan for me to donate to habitat. They also put up another security camera outside. Very pleased with that old-fashioned (though they are not old) Great customer service. For me, this type of service is priceless.Will definitely be using them again. Shout out to Mike and other young man. Apologies, forgot his name.
