In June, Teruno visited the 3 Washington Circle office to assist staff. On-site, he walked by the different stations, directing anyone who needed help. Then he came by my post. At that time, I started the Monster walk exercise. Teruno noticed that my form slowed me down and instructed me to improve my posture and speed. Thank you, Teruno. NOTE - The system will not accept my review unless I fill in the stars. So, I chose 4 stars because my therapy was at the Washington Circle office.
Had 5 sessions of PT because of a pinched nerve and I am healed now! Carlos was fantastic! He was attentive to my needs, changing exercises as I improved, and provided a welcoming environment. Would recommend to anyone!
