HORRIBLE SERVICE, I was prescribed meds the order wasnt filled for two weeks then called again still wasnt filled or even sent to my cvs then two days later they fill 1 of the 3 prescriptions like what is the point

AWFUL. Office equipment needs updating. Unkind and only care about their stats with the insurance companies. Have been yelled at and had symptoms and concerns dismissed or suggested I’m lying about my symptoms. They only like patients who ARENT sick..

My husband has been going here a while and I've been asking g him to change doctors forever. There are too many times to count when staff has not faxed his prescriptions over to be filled only for him to have to get on the staff to get things done. Getting a call back is next to impossible. This last time, we waited 4 days for a return call for advice on meds and if he could be seen as my husband isn't healthy and was very sick and we were trying to avoid the ER as he was still waiting on his Medicaid to be reactivated (Medicaid problem). After day 4, I called hoping to speak to a doctor on call as it was after hours and there wasn't one. I was shocked. I left a message to have someone call again as we've been waiting. Since then until yesterday, my husband was admitted to the hospital for heart problem. A nurse from Dr Dodoos office FINALLY returns call to husband and he was in the hospital 2 days at that point. This is substandard care and not cool. I have found the staff to be slack and this time was the worst. I advised my husband to get another doctor. As for Dr Dodoos I can't say much having met him once but anytime I've asked my husband about some things that should have been questioned by the doctor to him, he said no, nothing mentioned. My husband should have had a shingles shot, and boosters for childhood vaccinations for example. However, his staff.. they don't deserve the one at I had to give
