T Mayes Plumbing & Heating was assigned by AHS (my home warranty company) fix an issue I had with my shower, which caused water to drip down to the ceiling of the floor below. The tech/plumber assigned, Dave was great. He had my shower fixed in record time all the while being friendly and knowledgeable about what caused the issue. T Mayes have been assigned by AHS for various plumbing concerns I have had over the last couple of years. I really appreciate the fact that they text me the morning of the appointment and then send another text when the tech is on their way ( with a link to track tech).

We used Mayes for a leaking shower faucet and handle and they were great to work with. Our handle was a tricky one, and they were great at diagnosing the issue and replacing the faulty part. They had to order it and had it in and replaced very quickly after diagnosing the issue. They ensured everything was in working order and put back correctly. They also made some suggestions on things to keep an eye on with my specific set up, which was much appreciated. From setting up the appointment on the customer service side to the techs that came out, Mayes was great to work with!

The technicians were very good that came to the house and service. My leaking pipes in my walls. They did a very good job in finding and fixing the problem. They are very good service and we recommend them to anyone. I'll give them a 5 star by 4 fingers and one thumb up.
