“Edit: our girl is terrified of the groomer. It’s the other dogs that that are the issue. So sadly, we had to stop taking her and do it ourselves. Which was just ok. Fortunately Dawgs and Paws now has a mobile grooming service! Our pup loved it. That had a lot to do with the groomer, Ivana, who was very gentle with her and did a super grooming job!

“Whenever I drop off Bella (my ChiChi), she is always greeted by name, and I can immediately tell she feels comfortable and not at all anxious about leaving me (which makes me a little jealous - I thought she only had eyes for me!). When I pick her up, she's happily exhausted from playing with the staff and the other pups her size. The welcome is always just as warm even if weeks go by between visits. I'm especially grateful that they accept drop-ins, because it gives me peace of mind knowing that when I need to focus, Bella is in a safe, loving, and fun environment.“

“I have a female Siberian husky (Lukin)… some of you may have heard her reenacting a scene from “Balto” as I pull up to Wagging Lounge… I am the lady who takes ear plugs out in the parking lot…. Our baby wolf LOVES Wagging Lounge (as I have alluded to above). I also LOVE Wagging Lounge! It’s so incredibly nice to know that my “ride or die” is somewhere I truly trust and know will take the absolute best care of her. There is a reason Wagging Lounge is “best of Howard County” every year since… 2018 or so. The staff is amazing to the fur kids and their humans. The facility is always clean, has indoor and outdoor space, also has AC!! You cannot go wrong with WL. Don’t even bother checking anywhere else! The staff makes Thanksgiving dinner for dogs who are boarding over the holiday… what else do you need to know?!“

“I highly recommend Rocky Gorge for emergency treatment and any surgical procedure your animal needs. Rocky Gorge Animal Hospital is an economical piece of heaven filled with talented, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, beyond friendly and truly remarkable angels. My dog was seriously injured in an accident and needed a difficult orthopedic surgery. Dr. Morris, who also performed my family dog's ACL surgery, performed my dogs fractured humerus surgery exceeding well, especially given its level of difficulty, while being extremely conscientious of the cost to the customer. They have been a Godsend in performing my dogs difficult surgery while giving her the best care I could ask for, using a laser to close up her wounds after surgery, and doing this all with the foundation in mind to make it as affordable to the client as possible for example not charging me for suture removal. They provided an estimate that included a low end and high end of the procedure, and I always felt that they followed a code of ethics that I never felt like my dogs care and treatment was being exploited and capitalized on but the very opposite. I'm so grateful for Rocky Gorge because they took beyond exceptional care for my dog during surgeries and procedures and made it so without leaving me in years of debt. Thank you to the incredible orthopedic surgeon Dr. Morris, and all the staff, technicians and pharmacists that help set my mind at ease during the extremely difficult time for me going through a serious accident with my dog. I am beyond blessed for the angels and the immaculate, detailed surgeries, procedures and post-op care they provided for not only my dog, but myself as well!“

“This place is pretty awesome. Very friendly staff, always straightforward and quick. Doctor calls you himself after looking over your animal to discuss what was done and any questions you may have. And honestly vets are expensive. I'm not sure whether this one is a good price or not, but I'll pay for what I get here.“
