This was my 6 month old poodle’s very first grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I called to make an appointment, the customer service was outstanding everyone was so kind, patient, and helpful. When we arrived, the staff was super sweet and made my puppy feel completely comfortable.
The grooming turned out absolutely perfect my poodle looks adorable and smells great! I could tell they really care about the pets they work with. I love everything about this place and will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and a team that truly loves what they do! 🐩💖
Took my dog here for the first time the other day and they did a great job! The groomers and the receptionist were all very nice and asked tons of questions about my dog so that they could best meet her needs, which I HIGHLY appreciate. I can tell that they really care about the safety and comfortability of the dogs they groom. My dog went from looking like a mop to looking like a star 🤩 thank y'all so much!!!
Vanessa has been the only groomer that I have taken my Buddy to. From the very first baby cut till this most recent cut. Buddy is 16 years old now and will be 17 in September. I can't articulate the proper words to tell you how wonderful they are! Vanessa, Mark and Denise are so wonderful and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone!!!
