“Had a great experience with technicians Austin and Brandon. As a homeowner, I really appreciate that Atlantic Blue analyzed our well water quality and provided detailed info about hardness, sediment, pH, and bacteria. Ours was unexpectedly better than I would've thought. They changed out the quartz in our blue light and reset everything for a reasonable fee. I would call this company again for any well or water treatment needs.“

“I cannot tell you how amazing B&B is! My system was originally installed by Cumberland valley in Hagerstown. The heat in my system that cost 30k never worked well. They came out 7 times and always had a new reason even though it was under warranty. I finally got fed up with them and made one call to B&B and I am SO thankful I did. The technician spent so much time diagnosing my system. I finally had answers. They honored my Trane warranty and were so prompt. They ordered by new parts (circuit board, thermostat, gas inlet valve) and installed perfectly. This is the first winter during bitter cold that the heat actually works! “Markool Heating, Cooling and Plumbing provided quick response to a plumbing issue in my basement. They sent Adam (plumber) out immediately, he looked over the issue and provided a resolution. He was quick to work and completed the job. I recommend him and Markool Heating, Cooling and Plumbing for any future jobs.“

“Good points: The plumber and his son, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They couldn’t complete the job on day 1, returned day 2 promptly to finish up.
Bad points: this wasn’t a planned event, well pump went bad and other associated problem. The total bill was over 800$ not including the pump itself. After calling the office to work out some arrangements. They would be willing to do 2 payments. I’m aware they are not a charity, unfortunately, I’m a disabled vet, live off of a VA check, I would think that dividing the bill up to 4 payments or more would have been great. I know its a small thing, however, would have made it much more palatable.“

“I tried to contact multiple plumbers for my issue but none of them could fix my problems. Finally dun rite managed to come out and well they were the only ones to get it done right . I'll be contacting again in the future especially considering how cheap it was.“

“O'Connor Plumbing was contacted due to an issue with my house plumbing that a smaller company couldn't resolve. It turned out there was / is a tree root that has broken a pipe under the house and has started growing inside the plumbing pipe.

Ken and Asher were the best. They were so professional, courteous, couthy, they explained what they were doing, and they cleaned up the mess when they were done. I am so grateful for workers like this. They've cleared a portion of the the problem with the machines and tools they had readily available. We will be scheduling for them to return to finish removing the tree root. Thanks, Ken and Asher.

Ken, Sheldon, and Cameron returned today 10-2-2025 to complete the work they had started before the weekend. They've cleared the tree root from the pipe and repaired it. Again this crew was extremely professional, kind, and hard working. Please pay these men their worth in gold.
