I had my blood drawn twice at crestwood and was lucky to have Carlyle both times. She was very efficient when registering me and had my work done soon enough for me to make my next appointment at radiology next door. She has a very gentle touch and I hardly felt the needle going in my arm. I just love Carlyle and she is an excellent phlebotomist.

While all employees are professional, the check in process for labwork has changed and takes too long. My visit with only 4 others before me took an hour. Never had this problem here before.

This was done at Frederick Health on Monocacy Boulevard not Crestwood!I was lucky to have Kristy as the phlebotomist for lab work. She was gentle, professional and personable!Sheila in medical records was very helpful in finding needed information and printed it out for me! Thank you both for your genuine caring attitude! Jane C
