Grateful for the hand team (Brittany and Lydia) at Aspen Ridge!
Injuries and recovery are a process, and they were patient and helpful the whole way! The front desk is busy in any practice, and I was happy to catch up with them when the timing worked for all. Thanks for all you do!

I highly recommend going to FMH and seeing Priya for postpartum/ pelvic floor PT.
Priya pushed me and we worked really hard during sessions. She made the home exercise routines doable, which is hard with 2 kids. I have graduated from PT and continue to do the exercises that I learned with Priya with confidence. Rehabbing postpartum is so hard and this was a great place to regain some confidence and get some tools to help heal.

Great experience from scheduling to treatment. Josh OT and Lydia OTA both took care of my hand injury. Initial assessment with Josh was thorough, detailed, and welcomed questions. Knowledgeable, caring experts in hand therapy. Highly recommend their expertise and concern for positive outcomes for patients!
