Their number one priority is making sure your animals are well cared for. My wife and I PCSed to Hawaii with 4 cats and 2 dogs and they made the process seamless.

“Truly top notch staff and vets that are courteous and amazingly thorough. Having owned several dogs and dealt with many vets over most of my adult life this was the first time I've seen anyone actually take the time to talk about about my dog's overall well being. When I say that I'm not talking about the usual series of questions, answers and vaccine updates. I'm talking about a staff and vets who actually have a casual and comprehensive conversation about your pets overall well being . Highly recommend for all pet owners in the area.“

? Small local vet I can get to within 5 minutes! I believe they unfortunately only have 2 (?) rooms per patient. So this means wait time here might be a bit longer than normal if not busy. Yet, it’s pretty cozy and homey.
? Everyone seems pretty friendly and they are very patient with my cats skittish nature.
?I haven’t had issues yet with them!“

“We had our first visit with our new kitten and the tech and vet were amazing. They were so sweet with the kitten, and warned us how the kitten might react to each of the shots so we didn’t get concerned. The vet also asked multiple times if we had any concerns and if she could answer any questions.“

“Just WOW! our family cat Sam passed away at home. Anna at the front desk was so compassionate. She even walked him around the desk when we returned for his ashes instead of passing him over the desk. It touches my heart how compassionate she was to work with. “My dog, who was terrified by vet offices, loved the staff. She would panic until she saw the vets. She loved the African American vet, which i unfortunately didn't get her name in my panic, while my pup was in distress. But she made us both feel better in the middle of a terminal event. And then she and the entire staff sent me a card to check on my pup. She didn't survive, but the support meant everything when losing my nanny.
Ps. That last vet was the first in 12 years to make my pup feel comfy in the office cause she experienced parvo as a pup and vets were scary until she met this beautiful lady. In 13 years, she let 1 vet give her a treat and it was this lady. Please come to this clinic.“

“We are new to Paws Up and had a fantastic experience today. Prior to our apt they were extremely responsive and easy to schedule with. The front desk staff was welcoming as you enter the gorgeous, clean, and patient friendly entrance. Jess, Holly, and Dr. Cujdik were knowledgeable and took great care of our Cavapoo during the appointment. We will most definitely return for future visits.“

“All dogs go to Countryside. All 7 of our extended family dogs have been well taked care of at Countryside. Front office and clinical staff all seem to know how loved out pets are and always respond that way!“

“We took two year old Great Pyrenees mixes this week. The staff could not have been nicer. Intake was fast and easy. Discharge was just as quick but very informative. On the second day the doc was moving her vehicle as I was pulling in, she came to the car , opened the door, greeted the pup and thanked me for being early. Both boys are recovering well and would recommend the clinic to anyone. PS took my son's two cats there 11 years ago and was happy then too.“

“I have used SRAH for Bailey’s primary care for four years. SRAH has always been a great experience. On my most recent visit Bailey, my miniature schnauzer , had been attacked and badly bitten by a Husky. The staff at SRAH was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly during this horrible occurrence. The SRAH staff and veterinarians were on it! They treated Bailey and immediately followed up to be certain that his recovery was going well. I highly recommend SRAH for your pet’s care.“

“We have been taking our dogs here for about 12 years and never had a bad experience. On Martin Luther King day our 14 1/2 year old lab experienced some sort of neurological episode and we knew it was probably time to say goodbye. I called the office knowing it would be a busy day with people off from work. They offered to have us come in right before their lunch time. After spending some time petting and loving on Brownie, the vet agreed that it was probably our sweet Brownie’s time. The entire staff were so considerate and allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted saying goodbye(even though we know it was eating into their lunch time) They made us the sweetest paw and nose prints as well. Brownie also had exceptional care 5 years ago after an emergency surgery. At that time the vet called us every day from surgery to her follow up appointment to check on her. They have also provided amazing care for our other two dogs. I can’t imagine them not always offering the best care possible.“

“This vet is one of the best places i’ve ever taken my pup too. She’s a German shepherd with anxiety and the assistants, vets and all the works, work so well with her. there’s never been a moment in which i was worried on how they might treat my canine especially since she’s a bigger bread and has been very mistreated in the past! I appreciate their patience and kindness to me and to my pup very much! If you’re looking for a safe space for your animal with knowledgeable vets this is the place to go to!!“

“Edit: I had to send one of my cats to the big cat tree in the sky today and the staff were truly so helpful, compassionate, and informative. Everyone there is truly so kind and I am so grateful that my baby spent her last moments surrounded by love.

I truly have to thank this clinic and their staff from the bottom of my heart. They squeezed me in for an emergency visit day of despite being fully booked. I came in with my cat a sleep deprived crying wired mess and left feeling so much better. The prices were very affordable for a student like me and everyone was so kind. I don't care that it's a 30+ minute drive away, this is my new clinic. If I had the money to pay them full price I would because they're good people.“
