“Today was my first time coming to Magass Family Medicine & Urgent care and I was blown away at the service that was provided. I have used many Urgent/Express cares/Patient first centers over the years, but this place will now be my go-to for any sort of non-emergency type needs, even though I have two that are less than 5 minutes from my house. Due to the previously mentioned urgent care centers being bought out by corporations, gone were the days of a family “mom and pop” type atmosphere, or so I thought. I was a walk in patient, and even being so, I was seen in a timely fashion. For those with children, you’ll be happy to know that they have a small table with little chairs and a few books for the little ones. If you bring a coloring book and some crayons; your little one would be occupied while you have to wait. (Though the wait time wasn’t long.) The girl behind the desk also doubled as the medical assistant and she was very good at her job. She was welcoming and kind, and she helped calm my nerves. When I had to provide a urine sample, she offered me some water to help the process along. When it was time for the doctor to come in, I was surprised to see that he was the one who actually owns the clinic. He was welcoming, kind, informative and patient. I truly felt that he listened to me and at no point did I feel like he was rushing me along. I seem to always get nervous at the doctors, which often causes me to over explain and give more details than necessary, and while that is annoying for most people, Dr. Magass had been a patient listener who made me feel seen and heard. Since he never glanced at his watch/the wall clock, I didn’t feel rushed and it help calm my nerves. Plus, he had a calming presence which also helped me feel calm. He also asked important questions and made sure that I would have antibiotics and Diflucan to treat any unpleasant side effects that 50% of women experience after being treated with antibiotics. In fact, he was the FIRST DOCTOR TO EVER ASK ME ABOUT THAT, even though it is an incredibly common problem and should be asked at all places every time antibiotics are prescribed, to help prevent a second visit. Overall, Dr. Magass made me feel like he truly cared about my wellbeing and health, and I am very appreciative of that. If you are looking to be seen and understood by the doctor and staff, appreciate and want that “mom and pop” type atmosphere at the doctors, don’t want to be rushed through your appointment, and be treated by someone who seems to truly care about your wellbeing, then I *STRONGLY* recommend this place. (As soon as I left the doctors office, I texted my mom and other family members raving about how great this place happens to be.) Dr. Magass Family Medicine & Urgent Care will be *THE ONLY* Urgent care that I will be going to from here on out. This place is easily 5/5 stars!! Thank you, Dr. Magass & staff!“

“They added a lady to their staff at the front office/desk after we switched to this office. She is the main one that I always have to correspond with when I either call or come in, and she makes me feel uncomfortable. Besides the unprofessionalism, for example, she has hung up the phone on me twice and she also broke the HIPPA laws by providing my son's principal with his personal information. She makes us feel unwanted when we arrive and if I have to ask her for any assistance she blatantly acts as if I am disturbing her. I have asked to speak with the office manager regarding the preaching of the HIPPA Laws and the way she portrays their office as the first face a patient sees or the first voice they hear, but I have only been able to leave a voice-mail or leave a message with the front desk to pass on, and I have never received a respond leaving me to believe they do not care about my concerns. My son suffers from ADHD and Anxiety, and he does not want to switch doctors as change is difficult for him (and me as well) so he tells me he doesn't want to change doctors. I do like the doctor, the nurse Practitioner is awesome and I suggest your go-to. The only other problem we do tend to have often is having them send in my son's medicines refills on time. It is very stressful as he needs them every 30 days, and these are medications that can affect him mentally If he misses even a day.“

“Dr. Bibbio is amazing he is my favorite doctor I have had out of everyone and I don’t like doctors much but he makes me like the doctor because of him and he had such an good attitude seeing people and Tara is amazing had well she is so Amazing I love them there I highly suggest seeing them“

“Always a great a experience if going to see a doctor can be a great experience because that means you are usually sick. They treat you very nicely and actually take the time to listen to you. I never feel rushed or pushed around like some other places. I like that I can get everything done there also, like my blood work. That saves alot of time and running around. Dr. Erica is great.“

“I had an appointment wit Dr Robert O’Brian yesterday. I was so comfortable and pleased, as he listened to me. He answered my questions and was very detailed. I would really like him to be my Primary Doctor, as I have not found any one since moving here from Florida. I do not know if I can do that. I have already recommended Dr O’Brian to two of my friends. I am sure they will like him also.“

“Dr. Heath is seriously GOAT'd. This guy is awesome! He's friendly, approachable, explains things very well, and he goes to bat for you dealing with insurance companies. If I could have him for my normal family medicine/internal medicine/primary care physician I'd be ecstatic. But he's handled my RA very well and I'm confident in what he says.

The office gals are also incredibility sweet, easy to communicate with, and helpful!

“I just started with this practice in November. I see Amy Yankolonis and she is INCREDIBLE! She responds to her messages very promptly and caught abnormal labs that were done by my old PCP (that were never relayed to me). I finally feel comfortable talking to my provider! She NEVER makes me feel rushed during my appointment. The medical assistants are polite as well. Nothing bad to say about this practice“

“i have been a patient for this clinic for 12 years now, and this is the single physician's office that i stuck with for this long because i absolutely loved drs pansuriya and bangoria here. but ever since the murder of dr. pansuriya, the customer service quality of this place has been sort of going down hill. dr. pansuriya (who was a good doctor for me) prescribed generic advir for me years ago but i never took it regularly. recently my doctor in FL told me i really should get back on it, so i called the office to ask them to send in the Rx. however, they REQUIRE me to have a visit just to have this Rx. i told them last time i went in for a visit in sep,and saw the PA andrea (one of the worst care providers i have ever seen in my life; she did absolutely nothing, did not even go over my blood work with me), and that i would not waste my time like that again. i requested a "tele medicine" with dr. bangoria, the office told me he would send me a link for video call. i asked what time, she said "i do not know.". so this morning, i saw a txt with the link, clicked on it, no one was there. waited for another 5, then decided to give office a call. a woman told me there was no way for them to give me a window, let alone a specific time for a video call (before, they were able to as this was not the first time i needed a phone consultation). so i had to repeat what she just told me "are you saying that i have to sit by my phone and wait for this text msg all day? and this is the only way i can have a call with dr. bangoria? and this is the only way i can get my Rx?" she said yes. i just want to say, even comcast cable company is better than this coz they at least give you a 4 hour window. ? having said that, dr. bangoria actually called me directly (which is a lot easier to catch than a txt msg coz my phone rang louder than a txt msg) he was as kind as before. but as a long time patient, i for sure wish they had a better mechanism for tele medicine. after all, we are in 2024 already and my insurance company constantly sends me txt msg reminding me that i can do tele medicine these days.“
