Giving CPC a 3 star review because I love Melanie Greenway but the wait time to book an appointment is absurd at over 10 minutes and counting. When I asked if I could make an appointment online, they told me no and said that their call times have been higher than normal, but it’s been over a year now and you still have to wait 10+ minutes to speak to someone. When I asked if they could provide the feedback to their manager, I was laughed at which is so incredibly rude. It’s a shame for Drs/PAs to lose patients due to the front office staff.
I have been going to this office for close to 30 years. I have never had an issue with the front desk when I call in. And if I need a same day appt, they are good to find me one. Although the front desk has several new people, they are learning, and succeeding. The kicker is, as a patient, I must have patience bc the get busy and can only handle one person or one call at a time due to privacy laws.
I have been a patient of Dr Greenway for 7 years now and she is amazing!! I have also seen Dr Udseth and find her to be great as well. The front staff is always very helpful and the nurses are all super sweet too.
