Dr. Ugg and his team run a great medical practice and we will be back. Their office is literally like a home and you feel just like that when there. Coming from an office in a stuffy, clinical strip this is a welcome feeling that my family and I enjoy.
The area from the reception area to the actual examination rooms are impeccably clean. As for the staff, their customer service and bedside manner of all who you may come in contact is a memorable experience.
I find Dr Ugg to be a very knowledgable, and very competent healthcare potential who is up to date on current developments and is very good at providing accurate diagnosis, recommending correct treatments, and being proactive regarding recommendations on health and wellness. Where he may have a slightly blunt bedside manner, he makes up for that with extensive medical knowledge and great medical service overall.
