I had a friend who was/is doing their group classes and he spoke highly of the gym, so I schedule a consultation with Hugh and we went over all the membership options. This was a few months after I lost my dad, and I was really looking for structure and 1:1 coaching to get my nutrition and workouts back on track so I could handle my stress better. Hugh helped me through his 12 week program and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He pushes me in our personal training sessions, checks-in with me throughout my week, gave me a solid and realistic meal plan to follow, and an awesome habit tracker that we would go over on 1:1 zoom calls. After I completed the 12 weeks, I am still doing 1:1 training with Hugh because I’m the strongest I’ve been in 15 years since being a college athlete, and since getting healthier I have been able to minimize the stress in my life. Hugh is a great guy all around and I’m glad I reached out for my initial consultation.“

10 Light St, Baltimore“Most iconic gym I've been to! This was the highlight of Baltimore to me, a gymrat. Anyways, the space is VERY well equipped (ski ergs, rowers, stairs/steps machines, treadmills etc) and your functional/cross training gears (battle ropes, medicine balls etc). Female changing room is very well maintained and clean. Too bad I didn't manage to enjoy their sauna facility. Shout out to Freddy for a great midday boot camp too!“

3991 Boston St, Baltimore“As a new member of Crunch in Canton, I am really happy with deciding to join. It is a great price and really well laid out in terms of equipment and open space. The equipment is pretty new and there’s adequate space to cool down and stretch. The locker rooms aren’t crammed and are very clean. Victoria at the front desk is extremely nice was very helpful getting my membership opened.“

110 West Road # 105, Towson“I always tell my friends, “ You gotta go to Dave!” And I mean every word. For YEARS I struggled with chronic physical pain that no amount of chiropractor visits, physical therapy, or yoga could fix.During the first minutes with Dave, I learned that my hips were misaligned and that I was literally viewing the world from a slanted angle! After two months of weekly MAT adjustments, I had worked through the intense hip, pelvic, and upper thigh pain that I had been (poorly) managing for years.Dave also gave suggestions regarding how to maintain proper alignment with daily micro exercises. He also made suggestions on which sports or exercise programs to avoid (so that I wouldn’t have to go to him forever).Getting MAT treatments with Dave is literally the BEST investment in my health I’ve ever made. He gets you *lasting* results and improved mobility without the “no pain, no gain” mentality that comes with physical therapy and the chiropractor. Although I don’t live in Baltimore anymore, I would still choose to make quarterly MAT adjustments with him because they are worth the investment. 100/10, highly recommend!“

11775 Belair Rd, Kingsville“Love going here. Great atmosphere to work out and train. The trainers are always there to encourage you and push you so that you reach your goals. The gym is very accommodating with my busy schedule and always make sure I can come in and workout. I like that they created a nutritional plan designed for me and my needs based off the weight loss goals and muscle gain I wanted to achieve. Highly recommend. Not like the big chain store gyms that just want your money. They care about your success here!“

5711 Fleet St, Baltimore“This is my gym, I do like it here the front is either super welcoming or says nothing at all, which dsnt bother me but all staff is accommodating upon request. But come on guys why do you not have a kids club, this is very irritating and a huge set back. I was told you do have the space but its going to be used for karate, hope thats not true. I also had a few friends interested in local gyms and went to golds only bc of the kids care.“
