This company installed a furnace for a relative of mine and saying that they definitely went above and beyond what anyone would expect a company to do would be an understatement. I do believe the main issue was this relative had buyers remorse which was not the company’s fault. However, Mr. Baker did everything in his power to resolve the “issues” but as soon as one was resolved then there would be another one, it just became a never ending cycle. As this relative’s health is deteriorating the furnace complaints are a thing of the past and there has not been any mention of their house being cold (which it never was) The time that I have interacted with this company they have always been pleasant, polite and very respectful despite the circumstances. I’m grateful for them being able to hold their composure regardless of the way they were treated, this say a lot about them as a company and their core values.“
