“This is an excellent place to go for care. EVERYONE!! The front desk, side desk and doctor are exceptionally nice!!! They were all amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and show they really care. I was having a bad day and in desperate need to see a neurologist. My appt was scheduled same day. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out the staff was awesome. Due to my condition, I got emotional at the check out desk and the 2 young ladies there were so comforting and uplifting, one even got up and brought me some water. They made me feel so much better. This was my 1st visit therefore it took approx 90 mins or less due to the new patient forms and evaluation. I am so pleased with the service that I look for to my follow up on August 14th. “Good experience. From the front desk to the staff. With my mother coming from a nursing home setting, they processed her paperwork in a timely manner, scheduled her appointment quick and accommodated her (she was coming by stretcher). The staff got her in quick and Dr. Franklin didn't waste no time coming to see her and examining her. He was thorough but move fast because he was concerned because my mother is a vent patient so he didn't want her waiting. He discussed her wound and the treatment plan.“

“Very fast and completely free - I have insurance but they didn’t even ask for it. They do the HIV test immediately so I was able to get a negative result right away which is a huge weight off my shoulders. The rest of the results take 3-4 days. Very professional staff, and well-trained as they were able to take my blood quickly even though I know I have difficult veins. The outside of the building just says AHF, no big signage about STI testing or anything so it feels very discreet which I appreciate.“

“My daughter was born with Cornelia De Lange syndrome. She was 37 years old. On 2-12-2024, She was brought in by Ambulance. She suffered a severe trauma to the right side of her Brain. She had 3 separate bleeds on her Brain. She also suffered a Heart attack while they were trying to incubate her. Her heart stopped for 10 minutes. They managed to bring her back, but she was in a coma and on Life support.My husband and I immediately flew to Baltimore to be with her. The ICU Nurses were All very kind and compassionate. Dr. DeBoer was extremely patient and explained everything to me in a kind and compassionate manner. My beautiful little girl passed away on 3-1-2024. My husband and I are heartbroken. She was only 37 years old. I just wanted to say that at the hardest time of my life, it truly helped to have a kind Doctor and Nursing Staff.“

“I am like most patients...I don't want to be a patient. However, when the time comes, it is a pleasant surprise to be cared for by people who treat me with genuine concern and great attitudes! That is what I received over last weekend when I was admitted for an emergency gallbladder removal. I wish the ER took didn't take so long, but it was apparent many there use the department as their primary doctor's office. Frankling Square personnel cannot control the numbers. After admission, I was under the care of six separate shifts and each team was thorough and friendly. A special call out to Chantell in 3B, who took it upon herself to wheel me to te discharge exit so I could make it home to watch the AFC Championship game! That's not a medical procedure, that's simply being cool.“
