“We visited on a Sunday evening. I made an appointment online 30 minutes prior to going. It was a super smooth and easy appointment/check in process. We were seen rather quickly and in and out under 45 minutes. (For an ear infection) they were sure to send our prescription to a 24hr pharmacy given the time of day. Highly recommended! Plus they have very colorful wall art that our son loved!“

She is very cares Matic and knowledgeable of all my needs and issues. She takes the time to not only listen but to explain to me my diagnosis and treatments. “Caring ladies and very quick service!

Came in almost 10 mins to their 8pm closing with an awful allergic reaction to macadamia nuts. I couldn't breath through my nose and the amazing ladies at the desk had me seated and getting treated within 5 minutes.

They were able to quickly check me in without the kiosk and provide me with Benadryl, a steroid shot, and a breath treatment. They also referred me to the ER for a double check from them just incase (as well as an allergist).

If you're ever having an allergic reaction this is an amazing place to go! Thank you to the wonderful people working that night ❤️“

“Located at convenient location, just right at route 100, easy from Ellicott City, Columbia and Elkridge. Little to no wait time, they take walk-ins, extremely satisfying patient care. Dr. Khan is very humble, thorough, and compassionate about the patients.

“My symptoms were head aches, right ear and neck pain with a lump behind that same ear, cough. On Dec 21,2023 I went to UMMS urgent care they did X-rays gave me two antibiotics said to follow with PCP/ENT. December 26, 2023 still not feeling well went to UMMS ER was feeling worse fever, back pain and coughing and stating that coworkers had tested positive for Covid recently. First Dr stated we are going to do a viral panel waited and waited sent me to X-ray sat there called several times for pain meds for the pain I was in. Nothing. Different Dr comes in looks in my ear sent stated it's an ear infection see PCP/ENT. I was pissed I left. Called PCP office Dec 28 crying to on-call nurse told her what I been through and was sent here. Stated how I had been feeling as I've done with other clinicians. They asked if I was swab I told them the second doctor cancelled the order and discharged me. Well 15 minutes into the appointment after being swab for influenza A&B and. Covid. The test came back positive for Influenza A and Covid. Mind you my health history is not the best and I'm a cancer pt. I've come to them several times before and prefer them over urgent care and ER.“

“Was visiting Baltimore for the weekend and my throat was hurting so I went to the urgent care. I don’t know if that’s how service normally is or if it was because I was an “out of towner “ but the service was really great. I can’t remember the 2 ladies names but they were so wonderful. I was in and out with antibiotics within 2 - 2 1-2 hours and able to enjoy my weekend. Thanks again“
