Excellent patient experience, especially for asymptomatic COVID testing. The staff is so warm & friendly & caring. I really appreciate the ease of scheduling online too. Grateful they're there!
This was my first time coming to this UMMC urgent care and my experience was phenomenal. The flow of the staff was seamless from the check in process to labs, to seeing the doctor. I totally recommend!
Always a great experience at this urgent care (despite being sicky when I come in ?). I recommend booking an appointment, that way you’re seen right away and they normally have next day appointments available. I was seen by medical staff and Dr. Sadik who were kind and attentive to me.
