We wanted a service that we could trust and reliable because we've never dealt with a boiler system at all.
Doug called my husband and went to look at it and came back the next day and worked until it was fixed.
We can't thank him enough for fixing the boiler and making it safe for our daughter.
We will be keeping his number for future things.

It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. “After seeing great reviews in the community, I decided to give Slo-Flo a call for my annual back flo water test, and tankless hot water heater flush. The gentlemen showed up on time, were very professional and infomative. They answered all of my questions. They showed me everything they were doing every step of the way. The results of the back flow test were sent on the spot.
After the hot water flush was completed, they were kind enough to take off the cover and inspect the insides for any signs of concern. They even had me check my water was still hot before they left.

“I had an appointment today to secure two toilets that were rocking (imagine rodeo potty!) and a sump pump that has never worked since I moved in 1988. The location of the sump pump is in very tight quarters, underneath a basement staircase through a very tight squeeze around the laundry tub. Gary P. was my tech, and he made some miracles happen for my home today! The first toilet, once lifted, had some incredible things underneath and was attached to a flange in such a way that was truly insecure. Quite possibly, with the right move, the toilet could have been lifted directly off of the flange - while trying to just stop it from moving. He fixed it! The second toilet was a much smoother fix, which he also did incredibly well! AND, that sump pump. He had one in the truck and was able to fit under that staircase and replace what was there with a wonderful model that now only allows one directional water flow! Things you just don't know until a seasoned professional points them out! I am incredibly grateful for the detailed explanations, the responsiveness and knowledge Gary has, and how clean every area was left (even outside of the front door where he had a sticky mat to remove debris from his shoes before coming into my home!). The gentleman arrived and and said he can't camera with water in the line in which I was never told this and had no clue. Had my workers there and said OK give me 5 min to dig hole and let water out he left called him and he said I couldn't wait and I cant come back for a couple months I need my job done this week I cannot wait a couple months and was told o' well good luck try to reach out and find another company by the office after I paid $175.00 and was told no refund“

We reached out to LJ Butler and Wes was able to come out the same day and take care of our problem. He was able to diagnose everything right away, and while other companies may have tried to get us to replace the entire hot water heater, Wes recognized that all we needed was a new expansion tank.
