We are in Michigan and our daughter is in Baltimore, MD.
We wanted a service that we could trust and reliable because we've never dealt with a boiler system at all.
Doug called my husband and went to look at it and came back the next day and worked until it was fixed.
We can't thank him enough for fixing the boiler and making it safe for our daughter.
We will be keeping his number for future things.

“I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I''m writing this review so late.As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. What was supposed to be 3 day repair, they turned around in one! The process of a plumbing repair is detrimental to the functionality of your household..I was confident in Greer Water Works throughout the whole project!“

“I had an appointment today to secure two toilets that were rocking (imagine rodeo potty!) and a sump pump that has never worked since I moved in 1988. The location of the sump pump is in very tight quarters, underneath a basement staircase through a very tight squeeze around the laundry tub. Gary P. was my tech, and he made some miracles happen for my home today! The first toilet, once lifted, had some incredible things underneath and was attached to a flange in such a way that was truly insecure. Quite possibly, with the right move, the toilet could have been lifted directly off of the flange - while trying to just stop it from moving. He fixed it! The second toilet was a much smoother fix, which he also did incredibly well! AND, that sump pump. He had one in the truck and was able to fit under that staircase and replace what was there with a wonderful model that now only allows one directional water flow! Things you just don't know until a seasoned professional points them out! I am incredibly grateful for the detailed explanations, the responsiveness and knowledge Gary has, and how clean every area was left (even outside of the front door where he had a sticky mat to remove debris from his shoes before coming into my home!). He even was able to take a look at a new issue that came up Friday night completely unrelated and fixed it in less than an hour. A long day for him I'm sure, but his dedication to seeing the work across the finish line is much appreciated.

Mr. Paul was very friendly and helpful. He drove 45 minutes just to work on my leaking pipe. He came out, looked at a pipe leaking issue I had. He explained what needed to be repaired, what sort of pipe I was dealing with.... in the end he repaired it.

“I recently had a water line leak which resulted in some wet wood inside the house as well as removal of some siding to address the outside issues. Warrior was quick to respond, found the leak immediately and all work was completed in a short time, owner kept me notified and informed of all work to be completed. “After seeing great reviews in the community, I decided to give Slo-Flo a call for my annual back flo water test, and tankless hot water heater flush. The gentlemen showed up on time, were very professional and infomative. They answered all of my questions. They showed me everything they were doing every step of the way. The results of the back flow test were sent on the spot.
After the hot water flush was completed, they were kind enough to take off the cover and inspect the insides for any signs of concern. They even had me check my water was still hot before they left.

“1st Choice has been out to my house several times and I only have the highest regard for Jason and his guys. The first time was when I had to have my new 450' water line hooked up to my house and they were on the job immediately. Last week they were here for what seemed to be a clogged toilet line but by the time they got here (I said no rush - I have another toilet) it was flowly freely again. Over the weekend it turned into a crisis because it wasn't a clogged toilet line, it was a break in my sewer line from my house to the grinder pump. Jason put me at the top of his list and was here for 2.5 hours yesterday using his snake and camera to determine the exact problem and point of the break. Today the crew was back at 8:00 with a backhoe to dig up the line, replace it and put my yard back to pre-work conditions. I am so happy to have 1st Choice as my plumber and highly recommend them to everyone.???“

“Even though this is not a recent job, I still felt the need to share this review. This company installed a furnace for a relative of mine and saying that they definitely went above and beyond what anyone would expect a company to do would be an understatement. I do believe the main issue was this relative had buyers remorse which was not the company’s fault. However, Mr. Baker did everything in his power to resolve the “issues” but as soon as one was resolved then there would be another one, it just became a never ending cycle. As this relative’s health is deteriorating the furnace complaints are a thing of the past and there has not been any mention of their house being cold (which it never was) The time that I have interacted with this company they have always been pleasant, polite and very respectful despite the circumstances. I’m grateful for them being able to hold their composure regardless of the way they were treated, this say a lot about them as a company and their core values.“
