We wanted a service that we could trust and reliable because we've never dealt with a boiler system at all.
Doug called my husband and went to look at it and came back the next day and worked until it was fixed.
We can't thank him enough for fixing the boiler and making it safe for our daughter.
We will be keeping his number for future things.

“I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I''m writing this review so late.As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. “Had water heater emergency yesterday after BGE ran new gas lines and told me that the part went bad after their repairs, lol. Called into BGE to discuss, put on call back list at 3:15. I called into Greer Water Works shop at 3:20. Alex pulled up to my house at 4:25. Very professional and polite, took apart water heater, repaired the part, re-started. Waited 20 min to verify hot water was running properly, which it was perfectly. Very great service ! Btw, still waiting for callback from BGE“

“I had an appointment today to secure two toilets that were rocking (imagine rodeo potty!) and a sump pump that has never worked since I moved in 1988. The location of the sump pump is in very tight quarters, underneath a basement staircase through a very tight squeeze around the laundry tub. Gary P. was my tech, and he made some miracles happen for my home today! The first toilet, once lifted, had some incredible things underneath and was attached to a flange in such a way that was truly insecure. Quite possibly, with the right move, the toilet could have been lifted directly off of the flange - while trying to just stop it from moving. He fixed it! The second toilet was a much smoother fix, which he also did incredibly well! AND, that sump pump. He had one in the truck and was able to fit under that staircase and replace what was there with a wonderful model that now only allows one directional water flow! Things you just don't know until a seasoned professional points them out! I am incredibly grateful for the detailed explanations, the responsiveness and knowledge Gary has, and how clean every area was left (even outside of the front door where he had a sticky mat to remove debris from his shoes before coming into my home!). “1st Choice has been out to my house several times and I only have the highest regard for Jason and his guys. The first time was when I had to have my new 450' water line hooked up to my house and they were on the job immediately. Last week they were here for what seemed to be a clogged toilet line but by the time they got here (I said no rush - I have another toilet) it was flowly freely again. Over the weekend it turned into a crisis because it wasn't a clogged toilet line, it was a break in my sewer line from my house to the grinder pump. Jason put me at the top of his list and was here for 2.5 hours yesterday using his snake and camera to determine the exact problem and point of the break. Today the crew was back at 8:00 with a backhoe to dig up the line, replace it and put my yard back to pre-work conditions. I am so happy to have 1st Choice as my plumber and highly recommend them to everyone.???“
