“Lovely service for my sister this morning. The staff was second to none in their kindness, compassion and service. I requested the live stream which was a godsend. My son (her Godson) has been in Egypt the last three weeks and won't return until Tuesday. He was heartbroken when he realized he wouldn't be here for the viewing and service. They are 7 hours ahead of us so it was only 5:00pm there and he was still able to participate. Last night my brother in law requested the link because there were also a number of his friends out of state who couldn't make it and this way helped them to take part.. The cameras were well placed and very discreet. The cost was well worth it and I would gladly recommend it to anyone else considering the service.“

“My beloved cat Ziggy passed away on Sunday 8/30. I already was prepared to use Charm City Pet Crematory in part because of their work to accommodate those who were harmed by another pet crematory service, which IMO was highly ethical so I went on-line to make an appointment. I received paperwork to fill out to facilitate ease of making the final arrangements.

I arrived Monday 8/31 & was met by Tom.
An unexpected emergency by the staff left him having to present the paperwork for me to fill out again. In spite of the circumstances, Tom was very accommodating & caring. Zoey kept in touch with me to verify payment & gave me an approximate day of when I can pick Ziggy up in spite of dealing with an unexpected emergency.
I ended up getting Ziggy on Wednesday 9/9. Tom had presented the package in a caring manner and acknowledged having the work done before I went away. The companion package to me is beautiful.

Things happen beyond our control, even in business. I’m thankful that in spite of the circumstances Charm City Pet Crematory came though, being compassionate and communicative.“

“Review update : im glad Mr close actually called me to apologize on behalf of a verbal discussion, ima creature of habit when something upsets me and I seriously have bad inflammatory problems so being angry and upset is not what I want I notice my physical reactions I dont like sitting on my feelings unadressed so I will approach the person directly. Since Mr close has apologized i will accept it and move on they do and I appreciate their vintage like atmosphere when I visited the building I did appreciate the handling and caring of my mom of course most definitely so i do recommend them aside from other funeral homes I checked out....I do want to thank them at least on that but on that note apology accepted.“

“I was out and about on my route this morning and stumbled upon this beautiful cemetery. The entrance was so lovely against a gorgeous Baltimore day of blue skies. I'm not native to Maryland so I'm still discovering new things and this was so pretty!“

“My grandparents and great-grandparents are buried here. My mother is 88 and she wanted to visit but could not so I went down and the care-takers let me copy the burial records and gave me a map to find the graves. I thought it was pretty cool to see my family buried here.“
