I am writing about Clara Rickman, General Mgr at Glen Haven. My family's plot is actually at Lorraine Park cemetery, but I had a horrific experience there, actually 2 incidents (2 family footstones installed in the wrong location, both were the wrong color). However, Clara took over my case and I don't think there are words enough to praise the quality of my experience with her. She was understanding, compassionate, patient, paid attention to detail, and she stayed involved until the job was finished. Natalie was key when helping us when my mom passed away. Natalie found so much information on what my mom had done to prepare for this time. Natalie took a lot of time to explain to my cousin and I everything. We were very grateful.

I’m from out of town, so I had not been to the park since my Aunts burial nearly 25 years ago. I have multiple family members resting there. I had no idea where to look, so I went to the office and met Dolores, who went above any beyond to show me where my family members were laid to rest. She even provided me with a map of the grounds. She was patient and had such a calming demeanor. I just wanted to drop a note to say how much I appreciated her time an attention. Thank you so much.
