“Fram had a better price than the other company I was quoted by and they were able to get the job done before the date I requested. I had family coming from out of town for Labor Day weekend and they got the job done (engraving an existing stone) beforehand. The engraving was perfect! The salesman who worked with me was very polite, kind and respectful as well as professional. I worked with them in the process to make sure I did my part to assure a timely and good result. Answering texts and emails in a timely manner, paying the bill as quickly as possible, etc. They always answered my questions and returned my texts and emails in a timely manner. Highly recommend!”
