“My family worked with Memorial Counselor Justin Hoch, which involved redesigning a botched headstone for my father. The headstone was designed by another headstone company and not with Fram Monument Co. Mr. Hoch met with us in person, Zoom and through a series of email communications. He was professional, detailed and thorough. Though he had a personal obligation during our last interaction, he delivered on a promise made ....and we could not be more thrilled with the headstone. “I have had far too many experiences with funeral homes in my life, starting at age 4. That leaves a big impression on your mind about death and how to deal with it.
On November 20, 2025, my husband’s death changed my impression. When you lose your soulmate of almost 50 years, it is difficult to process that loss and all the implications on that day. There were three outstanding presences (beyond my friends and family) that helped me: the Glyndon Fire Station EMTs, the Baltimore County Policeman assigned to the case, and Eline Funeral Home (five and a half hours after the event).
Everyone at Eline was so respectful of my loss and guided me through the legal process as well as the personal side of remembrance, especially regarding the wishes of my adult children. Any question or request I had, they had a solution.

We need to be there at intervals later to pick up their spirits and help them move forward, ensuring they can keep that loved one in their heart.
