Over the past several days, the handle to the door off our driveway became inoperable to the point we were unable to lock it. I called Forbes Design Center to see if they could provide a "temporary fix" to the lock while we awaited a new part they would order from Marvin. To my wife's and my amazement, within two hours of me telling them this, the owner Doug Forbes showed up and was able to fix the lock after a few minutes using his toolkit to realign the lock. It now works just like new, so we will not need new parts. When we asked Doug what we owed him, he said "nothing!" Many say that quality service is dead in America today. “Needed to duplicate some keys. After talking to their staff, they led me to this self service machine. After touch the screen button, inserted key into the upper slot. After scanning, the screen showed a few pattern designs from $3.97 to $6. The duplicate was made and delivered to the lower slot within one minute. Then went to self checkout and paid. The whole purchase was much faster than expected!“

I asked several contractors to repair two sunroom screen doors that were proprietary and Wayne put in a lot of work to fix the issues with the sliders on the doors.
