The guys arrived at 08:00 and did a great job. The windows look great and the important finishing touches like foam insulation and caulking were done very. well. I can already tell a difference that my furnace is not working as hard to keep a steady 75 degree temp on a very hot day because the windows dont leak like my old ones.
We purchased windows from Red Carpet Remodeling over a decade ago and since that time, have had two windows that needed to be replaced (just the glass on the upper portion). The replacement process was simple, efficient and very effective. The service tech was great and the overall experience aligned with the promise they made all those years ago.

We even had one small surprise mid project (different color flashing than expected) that Ken had redone right away with no hassle.
