We had a minor leak in our bedroom ceiling so we asked Shanco to come inspect and diagnose. Derrick S. came out and did a free inspection and determined that it was actually a chimney issue. He did not charge us, was incredibly gracious, and exceeded our expectations of customer service. I will certainly be using Shanco anytime we have any roofing issues or needs.
Steve, who is the sales rep for Shanco did an amazing job coordinating things to have leaf guards installed on my gutters. Steve and his team made sure the work was done correctly and it absolutely was. Shanco Roofing is highly recommended for professionalism, response time and effective communication.
I have two jobs, and Sean Eager made this possible and stress free. I will recommend him if anyone ask me or I see a person with the same problem, Sean will be the solution.
