After what we thought was a fix, catastrophe, our master flooded. Turns out the condensation line got separated in the wall (not Pucketts fault, the Insulation company shoved so much insulation under the drain line it pulled it apart). Puckett HVAC had ServPro come out and remove all the damaged floors and other things and fixed it all even though it technically wasn’t their fault.
