Came within 2 hours of being called and got the 15 year old unit up and running again which was certainly appreciated on the hottest day of the year so far. Tech was super nice and professional, wish I could remember his name to give him a shout out.

Mike was very responsive when we needed a timely assessment of problems found with the HVAC unit. He came on the day and time that was convenient for me! Mike quickly found the problem with the duct work and promptly fixed it. At the same time, we discovered the outside unit was not defrosting. Mike worked diligently to identify the source of that problem. He was able to narrow it down to a rather inexpensive sensor, got the part and replaced it several days later. The company's bill was quite reasonable. Mike and his associate did not hesitate to explain everything that was being done.Services: HVAC system repair
