“Arctek installed my HVAC unit in 2019. My ac broke on a Saturday so I called the after hours number. Robert called back immediately. He came out diagnosed a broken motor and tried to get me through until Monday with no luck He ordered the part Monday and Dylan came out early Tuesday and installed it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire company. The motor was under warranty so there was only a charge for putting the new motor in. I believe in supporting local small business’ and Arctec is a good one.”
