I tip my hat to Miguel and Jakob for diagnosing the issue with my HVAC. They replaced my thermostat and addressed all my questions. I also had an issue with water in my drain pan over the summer and they added an automatic shut off to ensure no water would pour over into the ceiling. Great for peace of mind. Unfortunately, I don’t have the third name but all of them were professional and expedited the fix and now I have heat to my upstairs. Thank you all.
