“Concrete Etc. is an amazing company to work with. Their personnel are very courteous, responsive and professional. Our project liaison, De'Andre was always on top of things in making sure the job was done right. The workers were careful, clean and did everything in a timely manner. Their price was also very competitive. My garage had some hairline cracks that allowed water to seep through when it rains and they fix those before applying the epoxy. “Since I first hired Fame Kitchen & Bath over 20 years ago, they have provided top quality workmanship, competitive prices, and prompt, courteous service. If any small thing wasn’t done quite right, they made it right — even if the final payment was already made. I’ve found them to be honest, highly competent, and they keep their word. If they tell you they will do something, they will do it, and you do not have to keep reminding them. I have also been impressed with how well they listen to me and follow my instructions. They have done remodeling for me many times, and the work was always done exactly as instructed and as we agreed to. They have a lot of design experience and give very helpful ideas and suggestions for up to date and practical renovations. Earlier in 2019, they remodeled my master bath, during most of which I had to be out of town. When I returned, I was thrilled to find my stunning new master bath done exactly as we had agreed. This is the only company I have ever worked with for remodeling that I did not feel I had to supervise the work every day to make sure the work was done as I wanted. I also never had to worry that I would be charged for expensive materials but have cheaper materials installed. Fame’s contracts spell out every detail so I always know exactly what I’m getting for my money. I have worked with other contractors in other locations, and have had some bad experiences with dishonesty and scamming the client to increase profit margins. In more than 20 years, I have never had such problems with Fame. They are as good as it gets, which is why they have been my go-to remodeling company for 20+ years. I won’t even think about hiring anyone else.“

“We didn't want new carpet for our brand new house, but our dog managed to lock himself into one of the bedrooms, and in his angst, managed to not just rip the carpet up but to also remove a chunk of it. Options were patching (cutting a patch from closet) or new carpet-- we opted for new. Werco was prompt, efficient and well priced. Took them about a week to get the carpet on hand, and then they arrived at EXACTLY the time they said they would to do it. I hope i don't need new carpet for a long time, but if i do, I'm calling Werco in Rockville and asking for Kris.Service: Carpet installation“
