They installed about 600 sq ft of hardwood along with baseboards, shoe molding, and stairs, and everything looks fantastic. They even came back to fix a small issue, and handled it quickly and professionally. Cleanup throughout the project was extremely tidy, which we really appreciated.

“Our salesman from Md. Carpet & tile was Jacob Devereux. He was a very diligent and thorough salesman, honest and with integrity. We had 2 1/2 floors of sanded, stained and OLV installed. As happens during construction, there were a couple of hiccups. Jacob made sure that the work was done to our satisfaction. We walked into the store not really knowing what kind of floors we wanted (other than not carpet) and we were guided around and educated without any pressure. Once we selected our flooring it was insisted that we take a sample home with us to be certain. Later that day they measured our house and sent a very reasonable quote within 24 hours.

We were told it would take three days to redo our entire first floor (remove carpet, old laminate, old linoleum) and replace it with luxury vinyl planking, but their crew got it done in two days. Then I found United Carpet. I have gone back to them for several special order and custom needs and not only have they’ve been fairly priced but also “under promised /over delivered” every single time. They made custom runners, front door mats, circular bound rugs, installed a runner up two flights of stairs, and are now carpeting my entire second floor as a result. My only regret is that I don’t have any more rooms for them to do.“
