“We could not be more pleased with our experience with this business. We walked into the store not really knowing what kind of floors we wanted (other than not carpet) and we were guided around and educated without any pressure. Once we selected our flooring it was insisted that we take a sample home with us to be certain. Later that day they measured our house and sent a very reasonable quote within 24 hours.

We were told it would take three days to redo our entire first floor (remove carpet, old laminate, old linoleum) and replace it with luxury vinyl planking, but their crew got it done in two days. They came to get me with any questions, they were very respectful, they cleaned up after themselves, and they put moved around and put back all of our bigger pieces of furniture.

We will definitely be coming back to them when we're ready to replace our upstairs floors later this year!“

“B&W did a nice job renovating our powder room and an upstairs bath. The powder room job was a little chaotic but they got it done before Christmas, which was key for us. The upstairs bath was done very quickly, although we had to wait for the shower door to catch up to the rest of the work. Both were reasonably priced, and we are very happy with the results.“

“Normandy cleaned and repaired my dining room and living room Portuguese needlepoint rugs. They did a beautiful job of matching the yarn and repairing a small hole in one rug. The pickup and delivery crew were polite, professional, and helpful. Normandy’s work took somewhat longer than estimated but their skill and professionalism were more important to me. I will certainly use Normandy again and recommend them to others.“

“We didn't want new carpet for our brand new house, but our dog managed to lock himself into one of the bedrooms, and in his angst, managed to not just rip the carpet up but to also remove a chunk of it. Options were patching (cutting a patch from closet) or new carpet-- we opted for new. Werco was prompt, efficient and well priced. Took them about a week to get the carpet on hand, and then they arrived at EXACTLY the time they said they would to do it.
