“This is an unusual review because I am not YET a customer of FCI. The architect designing our kitchen remodel met Resa when we were investigating Marmoleum. I panicked when the contractor appeared to be doing a poor job with the installation. I called Resa to see if she had any suggestions or whether i needed to find someone else to install. She was going to be in our area and offered to stop by and see the space and the product. In just a few minutes she was able to assure me that all was not lost and that it could be fixed. She gave me the confidence to find the installation video on line, send it to the contractor with the request that he watch, and then when he returned, i insisted he take up the first attempt and start over. Tonight the floor looks great and I'm really pleased. I can't thank Resa enough for her interest in my success even though i was not her customer. “This was by far one of the best experiences we had with a trades man \ contractor team!
From Daniel's first visit, looking into all the parameters that should be considered when going to refinish floors of two smaller rooms on the 3rd level, and recommending where to create the virtual "stop" so there will be minimal ability to realize what is old and what is new;
through the scheduling process that managed to take into account our travel and time constrain;
to the team that came to do the work and were all communicative, helpful and focused;
to the project itself, that was not without dust, but so well managed by the team that we could not feel it in the house;
to the job coordinator\manager that stopped by to see that the project is moving forward as expected;
to the final product, refinished floors in two rooms, that simply look amazing, and are a total match to the rest of the house!
